Our jackets are completely handcrafted to add detailing in order to always provide something extra than what is expected. We have unique designs to offer, contrary to other sellers, which gives us the privilege of standing out. Since our jackets are hand made in order to provide such an extensive variety of unique designs, sizes, and detailing to your second skin, we have the following return policy.
Quality Guarantee:
Every one of our products is a work of art in and of itself. Elite Fashion Tales will always take care of the quality, as that is our utmost goal: to give value for what others demand. A slight variation in color than what it may appear in visuals should be acceptable. Since each jacket is handcrafted there might be a difference in stitching and inner lining that makes it legitimate. We strive to source the best quality materials and color match. Elite Fashion Tales will never ship a product that is of average quality. Our QC approvals will never let you bear the cost of low standards.
Return Request Procedure:
In order to return a damaged piece, exchange or claim a refund, our customer service email is always available. We recommend generating the ticket on our website chat support in order to get quickly responded. The complaints are responded to as per the queue system.
You must attach a relevant and authentic video proof of unboxing as supporting evidence to claim. The video must not be larger than [decide video size MB] and [30 Seconds].
- Your request must hold the order number.
- You must mention the reason for the complaint.
- Elite Fashion Tales do not bear the cost of goods returned. Or in simple words we do not provide free returns and our policy doesn’t comply to cover return delivery costs.
Our Return/Exchange Policy:
We always strive to make our return procedures easy, seamless and smooth.
- You must notify us holding all above mentioned procedures within 15 days from the delivery of the order to claim an exchange or store credit.
- Cash returns are not applicable/eligible for handmade products
To return an item, it must comply the following points:
- We always recommend making a video while unboxing to put your claims. We will not be held responsible or will be liable to entertain you if you fail to produce unboxing video.
- The item must be unworn.
- Item must have all the original tags or emblems intact as they were.
- Item must hold the new sellable condition as per our standards.
- No damage or abuse should be done to the product by your end.
- If It received damage then you must attach an unboxing video as a proof.
- Once our team reviews the proof and finds it ineligible, the return claim may be rejected.
- For any changes or customizations to new orders, you must notify us within 24 hours through email, chat support or our contact numbers of order placement time. We work at a fast pace and It becomes quite difficult to entertain any request after this time period.
- We send out an email holding all your order details like product name, size, material, color, style and much more to avoid any misunderstandings.
- We only accept 1 size exchange per item.
- In order to claim a size exchange, you must comply with the points mentioned under 3rd bullet point.
- You must ensure the return is shipped to the correct address through with any trackable courier service within 7 days of receiving return authorization.
- You must ensure to notify us on return shipment through ticketing in chat support. We will try our best to get you the new product ASAP.
- We do not do Cash returns at all. We only offer returns or exchanges or store credit through proper merchandise channels.
- You must try to understand that while we try ver hard to give you the most satisfying shopping experience ever, we reserve all rights to refuse or deny any return or exchange assessing and beholding the buyer’s intentions.
- Exchanges are limited to only one per order. So you must pick the right size for yourself.

- The exchanges will be processed within 5 working days from the date we received your return.
- The tracking is mandatory for each and every parcel that is returned. If a customer fails to provide the tracking ID to track the parcel one will be held responsible and Elite Fashion Tales will not be liable to give exchange or refund.
Ineligible Return, Refund or Exchange
- If the Item has been worn.
- If the Item has been abused, torn, damaged, and distressed by any means from your end.
- If the item has been discontinued.
- If the size or custom size has been discontinued.
- If you ordered a custom design that we don’t sell.
- If the item is custom requested, custom sized, limited edition and one of its kind just like rare or collectable beautiful items, gift cards.
- If we don’t receive any notification or ticket within the allotted time frame for exchange or return.
- If the item doesn’t get returned within the allotted time frame from the date of receiving item.
- If the item is damaged and you fail to provide a video proof to support your claim.
- Items that are marked FINAL sellable products either they are at discounted price or regular price.
Discounted Products:
The discounted or Sale Items are offered on our Sale Page having the reduced prices marked as Final Sale are also non returnable, exchangeable or refundable.
Abandoned Shipment:
If a customer refuses to receive or pick the shipment or delivery parcel and due to his negligence the item is lost, damaged, abandoned, misplaced then he will be held responsible and will not receive the exchange, return or refund.
Material Disclaimer:
As mentioned above we try our best to deliver the best quality possible. We make all efforts to keep the product as close as possible to the visuals shown in the products. “All products are subjected to change in color contrast.” It completely depends on the nature of leather, either real or faux leather may not have exactly the same color tones.
We own all the rights to change the color, material, lining, design that we find fits the market trends or needs or what the market offers, returns, exchanges or refunds may not be offered on a discontinued handful item. Due to handcrafted nature the lining may not be consistent in all the jackets that we sell but the quality check is still the integral part of our procedures. Complaints subject to lining for the products or color, design, material still falls in our standard return policy, considering errors from our end.
