According to the eligibility criteria for a product to be returned, items must be unworn and have the tags still attached.
We advise against using standard commercial clothing sizes as a substitute for actual measurements. By placing an order, the buyer accepts responsibility for accurate measurements and releases Elite Fashion Tales from any liability. We retain the right to make exchanges or returns at our discretion.
If, for any reason, the leather jacket does not meet your comfort expectations or is different from what you anticipated, you can return or exchange the product in its original packaging. Please take note that we will charge a $30 restocking fee unless the return is due to a fault on our part. The returned item must be unused and include all original tags and documents. We do not provide monetary refunds but offer exchanges or web store credit in the form of a site coupon for future purchases.

Postage: We do not reimburse postage or delivery charges for returned products, unless the item is defective. The customer is responsible for shipping costs. It is important to accurately mark the package as a return for Elite Fashion Tales; otherwise, it may be rejected. We recommend using a traceable delivery service for safe and trackable returns. A notification will be sent by email as soon as we receive your parcel. We strongly advise contacting us via email before returning any product to discuss the reason for the return.
Jacket Materials: Please be aware that all jackets are subject to potential color changes, but we will try our best to remain as close as possible to the original concept and displayed photos. Due to the nature of leather (both vegan and real), tones may vary over time. Handmade items like jackets may have stitching variations, which are expected. We have the complete right to modify or change colors based on market availability. If you have any concerns about color changes or vegan tones, please contact our customer service. Changes in leather appearance will not be considered a valid reason for a cash refund.
