At Top Rated Outfits, we allow customers to cancel or make changes to their orders within the first 24 hours of placing them. To do so, customers must provide their order number and a reason for cancellation. If any issues are found with your order, don’t hesitate to contact us, as many problems can be resolved quickly. We specialize in producing custom jackets chosen from our catalog.

Since our products are handmade, shipping them may take a bit longer. We will start working on your order as soon as it is placed to expedite the process. We proudly offer a wide range of unique products, and to continue doing so, we strive to work quickly and efficiently in processing the materials.

If you opt to cancel or modify an order, please inform us via email at info@topratedoutfits.com within 24 hours of placing the order. Orders that exceed the 24-hour time frame will be produced and may incur a restocking fee of $30 for changes, exchanges, or returns if production has already started. Additional shipping fees may also apply.

Please understand that once the materials have been used, the product becomes the customer’s property and cannot be stopped. However, if our team has yet to start working on the product, we will do our best to accommodate changes on a case-by-case basis, although we cannot guarantee it.

Custom jackets or jackets made to specific sizes may take at least 3–4 weeks to complete and ship and standard jackets typically require 2–3 weeks. Rush orders are non-refundable as they are prioritized in our production queue immediately. Please go to our Return and Exchange page for information regarding returns, refunds, and what you are entitled to. Express deliveries are processed immediately and cannot be canceled once placed.
We have a 24-hour window to attempt changes, but we cannot assure you that these changes will be possible after that time. We recommend that you read our product pages and size charts thoroughly, and don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions.

If an order has been canceled within 24 hours, with the order number and reasons provided via email, customers are eligible for refunds to their original payment method. Once the 24-hour period has passed and items are in production, the refund policy becomes store credit or exchange only, and a restocking fee will be charged.
